TungstenEX-® nozzles

Thermacut introduces new range of TungstenEX-® nozzles, which are the direct copies of nozzles for the HPR® plasma cutting systems HPR® in 130A, 200A and 260Amps operations.

Patented technology extend your plasma cutting cycle.

Tungsten nozzles consist of two parts: copper base and composite tungsten insert. Pure tungsten is extremely hard and durable and has the highest melting point of all the non-alloyed metals.

TungstenEX-® Nozzle is matched with SilverEX-® Electrodes, consumable life is extended up to four times longer compared to standard copper nozzles and electrodes.
